Closing out our summer season, we where asked to style the most magical party for lovely little Olivia's 2nd birthday. It was a beautiful sunny day filled with her favorite things: friends, family, balloons, fairies and of course unicorns!
We carried the theme throughout. Both the kids and adults loved the cool treat of chocolate dipped bananas ("unicorn horns").
A story time unicorn fairy joined us to read to the children, she was so sweet and led them through a scavenger hunt around the grounds.
We love a bright and colorful back drop to our dessert table...even if there is no wall to hang it on. This floating fringe was one of our favorite elements, and the ocean view peaking through wasn't bad either ;)
Keeping with the whimsical theme of the party Sweet and Saucy cake shop did such a beautiful job with the desserts. We especially love the rainbow surprise in the center. A variety of beautiful cookies, cupcakes with mini horns, and cake pops made for a dreamy table.
For crafts we did a create your own unicorn horn and magic fairy dust activity. this is always our favorite way incorporate a take home for the guests.
Such a fun day celebrating such a lovely little girl. Days like these are why we do what we do! happy Birthday Olivia!
